Punjab government will now impose property tax on all kind of property instead of residential houses only. Before this there was only house tax imposed. What will be the impact of this tax on normal man. To decide the tax ratio on property whole Punjab is divided into 8 zones. After calculating the value of property the decision of percentage of tax imposition will be made. While deciding this the cost of land, cost of building and ratio of rent will be considered.
