Food: Try your best to eat chemical free food. The heigher amount of fresh diet contributes to healthy skin. Include aloevera juice, fresh green vegetables, cocunut water in your diet. Coconut water and aloevera is great for skin as it is a natural hydrant. It has essential electrolytes that cools your internal system and gives your skin a refreshed look.
Blood Flow: Sallow skin is a result of unhealthy blood which is full of toxins. Tulsi and neem juice (1 tsp each in a glass of water) is a best way to keep blood clean and healthy. Aurvedic medicines could ensure you a healthy blood. Having healthy blood is not enough. The blood circulation is most important. A little exercise daily will help you to the good ciruclation of blood.
Detoxifying: You must eat fruits, salads, nuts and drink a lots of water one day a week to detoxify body and skin.
Basic Cleaning: The cleaning of skin is another most important aspect. Take off the makeup at night with milk or cleansing milk. Apply some good quality moisturiser or natural oils to keep that natural glow.
Smile: A lovely smile is a quick way to look pretty and jolly. Think good and positive because your thoughts are reflected on your face. A person with bad thoughts develops a grumpy look overtime.
